About Working at Fit Learning

The Fit Learning Method isolates core reading, comprehension, math, writing, and critical thinking skills and trains these skills to fluency. At Fit Learning, you can learn how to improve students’ memory, heighten their confidence, and help them develop the ability to quickly and effortlessly learn new things. College Internships

Are you interested in education or psychology? Do you like working with kids? Looking for experience before graduate school? We often work with college students, and Fit is an official practicum site for Lindenwood University, University of Missouri-St. Louis, Saint Louis University, and Washington University. A Fit internship is a great opportunity for students in a variety of fields of study, including neuroscience, neuropsychology (such as the Psychological and Brain Sciences program at Washington University), child development, speech and language pathology, and occupational therapy. Fit interns gain experience with a wide variety of learning profiles, including children of all ages (preschool through high school) and with diagnoses such as ADHD, learning disabilities or learning differences, special education needs, anxiety, developmental disabilities or developmental delays, dyslexia, neurodivergence or neurodiversity, processing disorders, dyscalculia, and autism spectrum disorder.

There’s lots to love about Fit paid internships, including the valuable training and experience you get in precision teaching, principles of learning science, and evidence-based instruction … all while working closely with children to transform their learning.
